This is a paragraph using format 'preformat'. Once set it seems to maintain the same format for further text.
Adding another line to the post. Then go back and use the preformatted format on previous text. This text has maintained its format.
Using the ‘Add Media’ button I can place photos etc. at any point in the text of the post. This is simple to do and brightens up the post effectively.
I’m not sure when this picture was taken, but within the last 4 years certainly. It is taken from Gelliwion Road, opposite the allotments and looking down over Maesycoed towards Pontypridd and beyond to Trallwn and Cilfynydd.
Stephen took the picture and I think he framed it quite well between the trees on the left and the hedgerow on the right. On enlarging the picture you may see lots of pinpoints of light from street lights, headlights on the A470 and the clock on St. Catherine’s spire. It makes it look atmospheric and brings a little warmth to a rather cold scene.
I left home at 9:15, picked up Deborah and then journeyed to Windermere.
We stopped twice on the way and shared the driving.
I appear to have a good appetite as I not only had a cup of tea but also food – on both stops!
We arrived at Windermere at 16:10 – just in time for a nice cuppa before the first session at 16:30
